20^2 - 30 = 370
30^2 - 40 = 860
40^2 - 50 = 1550
50^2 - 60 = 2440

in this question, last digit is ends with 0 and 2nd last digit is making a inverse series i.e. 8,7,?,5,4,3...
so it will be 860.

Explaination:if we find the diffference from last we will come into solution (i.e)
3530-2440=1090,2440-1550=890,if we note the two solutions their diff is 1090-890=200,hence the next value diff will be also 200,hence 890-200=690,690-200=490
so 370+490=860

answer is 860,since it is following a sequence as;
80+290=370 (difference is of 200 b/w each added number)
370+490=860
860+690=1550
1550+890=2440
2440+1090=3530

Difference between 2nd and 1st number = 290
Difference between 5th and 4th number = 890
Difference between 6th and 5th number = 1090
Therefore difference between 3rd and 2nd number = 490
Third number = 370 + 490 = 860
