ans is 50. two equations will be formed 3x+5y+2z=40 and 4x+10y+4z=70 then solve them by dividing 2nd eq. with 2 and then subtract eq. 1 and two .you will get x=5 means one orange cost rs 5 then 10 will cosat 10*5=50

cost of one orange be x.
cost of one banana be y.
cost of one apple be z.
then from the question , 3x+5y+2z=40 -----1
4x+10y+4z=70 ----2
subtract 2 from 1 , then
x+5y+2z=30 ------3
from the question 1 - 5y+2z=40-3x ----4
sub 4 in 3
den we get x=5
then cost of 10 oranges are 50

3(O)+5(B)+2(A)=40 -(1)
4(O)+10(B)+4(A)=70 -(2)
equation (1) multiplied by 2 we get 2(3(O)+5(B)+2(A)=40)= 6(O)+10(B)+4(A)=80 -(3)
equation 3-1 we get 2(O)=10.so that 10 oranges cost is Rs.50
