400*12=250*15+150*x so after solving we get x=7 so i think it will 7 units per day

60 units
A+B=1/12
A=1/15
B=A+B-A=1/12-1/15=1/60
=60 UNITS

I HAV ONE DOUDT....... IF ALL WIL WORK THEY COMPLETE 12 UNITS..... THEN HOW MEN ALONE COMPLETE 15 UNIT WHICH IS HIGHER THAN 12

250 men=1/15
150 women=1/12-1/15=1/60
so,60 units..

(n1t1+n2t2)/(n1+n2)=avg tym taken when both wrks
n1=250 t1=15 n2=150 t2=? avg=12
(250*15+150*t2)/400=12
t2=7 units

9 units/ day will be answer

let the units per day be x

250+150=12 units/day
where only 250 = 15 units/day
now 150= x units/days

solution can be:
1/12*400=1/15*250+1/x*150
100/3=50/3+150/x
100/3-50/3=150/x
50/3=150/x
50x=450
x=450/50
x=9

so 9 units / day

please comment if i m right

400 members do 12 unit work in a day.

all men can do 15 unit of work in a day.

1 man can do 15/400 unit work in a day.

let 1 women can do x unit work in a day .

then a/q :

250*(15/400)+150X=12

X=7/400.

hence 400 women will do 7 unit of work in a day.
