Here,
1. Jayesh is younger than Anil IMPLIES THAT Anil is older than Jayesh
2. Jayesh is older than Prashant

Given : Jayesh is as much younger than Anil as he is older than Prashant
IMPLIES THAT
Difference between Anil & Jayesh = Difference between Jayesh & Prashant

Therefore, A - J = J - P

2J = A + P
2J = 48 (A+P=48) GIVEN

Therefore, Jayesh =24
