180=4*5*9 so
last 2 digits of the number are 79
therefore if the number is divided by 5, remainder will be 4
and when divided by 4 the remainder will be 3
determine the divisibility by 9 as follows
the number contains all the numbers starting from 1 to 179
the sum of its digits will be 179x180/2 = 16110
and 16110 when divided by 9 leaves 0 as remainder , therefore
the whole number when divided by 9 leaves 0 as remainder .
99 is the only first number which when divided by 4,5,9
leaves a remainder of 3,4,0.
99 is the answer.
