3 is the answer because first digit of the question is multiplied with answer it brings second and third digit from the question

327 = 9 => 327 first digit = 3 * 9 = 27 Last 2 digit of 327
624 = 4 => 624 first digit = 6 * 4 = 24 Last 2 digit of 624
330 = 10 => 330 first digit = 3 * 10 = 30 Last 2 digit of 330
515 = ? => 515 first digit = 5 * 3 = 15 Last 2 digit of 515

Ans = 3.
