Dear sir,
I am sorry to say that We are unable to submit our final project on the submission date. We referred foreign edition books to complete our project.The last submission date is schedule on 10th June. There is some problem due to laptop crash ,resulting delay in printing.Because the overall status related to project is on the laptop.So, we request you to kindly give us 9 days to approve the extension and we have also some shortage of money.

Respected Sir,
I beg to state that we will not be able to submit our final year project on the submission date which is scheduled on 10th June as we have shortage of money to buy foreign edition books. Besides this, the overall status is that there has been laptop crash, resulting in delay in printing. So, we request you to kindly approve the extension of 9 days for us. For this kind, we shall remain obliged.

Dear Sir,

The submission date of the project was 10th June. However due to shortage of money , we couldn’t buy foreign edition books which were required . Also, due to my laptop crash we faced a delay in printing the file. Hence according to the overall status, we are expecting a maximum 9 days delay. Please kindly approve the extension.

Dear sir,
I am very sorry to say that there will be delay in the project submission.Actually the last date for submission is scheduled on 10th June.But it may take 9 days more to submit the project.And we referred some foreign edition books and added some more matter.So there is delay in printing.My laptop was crashed.Due to this there is shortage of money also.So i request you to approve the extension.

Sir,
I would like to ask about extension of the submission date.Actually we ordered for foreign edition books and its delivery date is scheduled on 10th june .Meanwhile we experienced a laptop crash which resulted the delay in printing.Because of these problems overall status of the project can be completed with in 9 days,so please approve the extension,as there is shortage of money we cannot make this so fast.So ,please accept our request.I am looking forward to hear from you.

Respected Sir.
I am smruti the group leader of our project.I am sorry to say that we will unable to submit the project which is schedule to be held on 10th june.There some specific region behind it.first up all this project it based on foreign university based so we need foreign author book which not available in our local market ordered it from the internet but it was not reached in time.During our slide preparation my laptop was crashed so we were once again prepare the slide.We have to prepare the report also.Now the day's printing cost is high now we have not money to this job.so i kind request to give 9 day's extension time.

Dear Mr. Pinku,
I am sorry to inform you that i will not be able to submit my project on time which is scheduled on 10th june .i have shortest of money due to i can not buy foreign edition books.my laptop have crashed so it is taking few more time to print.so i need some time to submit the project and the overall delay will be 9 days.so i request please approve the extension. a i apologize this will never occur again.

Dear Sir,
I hereby informed you that we are unable to submit the project within the submission date. We need some time to collect the foreign edition books. Last date is scheduled on 10th June. But two days ago suddenly my laptop crashed. So we had delay in printing. After considering the overall status we requested you to approve 9 days as extension. Meanwhile we have also shortage of money. Therefore I request you to look into the matter.

It is to inform you that we can not submit the final project on the submission date (as per the schedule) that is on 10th June.We have only foreign edition books so we are facing a lots of problem.One more reason is that laptop crash ,so there will be delay in printing because our overall status was in the laptop.So there will be overall delay of 9 days.So please approve the extension. There is also shortage of money.So there will be delay.Kindly approve the extension of 9 days.

We are making final year project. As per the schedule the submission date is 10th June. All the data about our project is in laptop but unfortunately laptop crash. We can not repair it now, due to shortage of money. So, we are recollecting our data from project topic related foreign edition books. Hence the overall status is that we will require 9 days to recollect all the data. So, I request you to approve the extension.
