a=7^3-5=7^-2

(7^-2) % 7 != 0 but
((7^-2)^-1) % 7 = 0
so at least we need -1 (a -ve no.) as a power of 7^-2 to make it divisible by 0
.....that means h232 must be less than zero..thats the only condition...
s0 h can be any < 0...now check your options...if h=-1 given then choose it..otherwise any negative will satisfy

a=7^3-5
a=7^-2
a=1/14
if a^-1 then a is divisible by 7
any thing to the power multiple of -1 is divisible
hence h=-1
