20*12 :25*4:15*8
or

profit ratio is 20000*12 : 25000*4 : 15000*8
= 240000 : 100000 : 120000
= 12 : 5 : 6
profits was 4600...
so mukesh's share is 4600*(6/23)
= 200*6
= 1200

first rajan n rakesh joint n investment 20000 n 25000 n mukesh joint 15000
so now raito is 20:25:15
n rakesh left n rajan coming so rakesh do the partnership 4 month n rajan partnership 8 month
20000*12 : 25000*4 : 15000*8
so new ratio 12:5:6
total profit 4600
mukesh part is 6
so (4600*6)/23 =1200
