Ans: 3 family
let number of family = X then
number of adults = 2X and
minimum number of kids = 3x.
Now put X=1 we see number of girls equal to number of family so x can not = 1
Now put X= 2 we see number of boys equal to number of girls so X can not =2
Now put X= 3 fulfill all condition so X= 3 is the answer.
