for the unit place..7+7+7....7(till 20th digit)=140 so the last digit wud b 0 and 14 will b carry...
070 ans
similarly,for ten's place..7+7+...(19th digit)=133+14(from previous carry)=147 so 7 will the second last digit..
For hundredth's place 7+7+...(18th digit)=126+14(previous carry)=140...therefore 0 wud be the third last digit...
So the final answer wud be 070

007*20=140 070*19=1330 700*18=12600 12600+1330+140=14070 taking last 3 digits answer is 070

7*20=140:-last digit 0 n carry to next stage is 14;
7*19+14=147:- last digit is 7 n carry to next stage is 14;
7*18+14=140:-last digit is 0
