The answers depend on the division of 561 by 13, row will be (Quotient +1) and the column will be the remainder
The quotient is 43, so the row will be 44 th row and the remainder is 2, the column will be the 2 nd column
So, answer is 44+2= 46
Answer is 46

pattern of integers is....like
first element of every row is:(quotient+1)
and first element of every coloumn is:(remainder)
so 561/13 gives 43 (quotient),and 2 (remainder)
so acc to pattern...
if quotient is in n,then element is in n+1 row....
so here quotient is 43 so row(p)=44and
coloumn(q)=remainder=2
so p+q=44+2=46
