If wholesaler's list price=100%, Retailer's CP=80% & SP=95%
If SP of 95% of the retailer costs Rs.19 to customer,so its CP of 80% will cost 80*19/95=16
Profit is made by the retailer=19-16=3 Rs.

retailer sells good @ 95 % of list price
x*95/100=19 (given from the question)
x=1
so original list price=19+1=20
Wholesaler allowed 20 % discount on Rs 20
so 20% of 20 =4
original price for retailer = 20-4=16
and profit of retailer=19-16=3
so option B is a right answer
