E=1 coz carry cannot be greater than 1
p=9 coz 9+1 carry than only it becom 10 so that carry forwarded to end i.e E=1
now O+Z=E , E=1 that means O+Z=11 , so possible combination is(8,3),(7,4),(6,5),(3,8),(4,7),(5,6).Now apply trial and error method.
take (8,3)--->now T+O=Y and 0+R=G--->R+1(carry)=G.
soT+O>=12(coz 0 and 1 already used)
so 0=8 and T=4(say)--->y=2
restI+1=R and 0(zero)+R=G
we have to take R such that no num is repeated --->take R=6 ,so G=R+1=7
and I+1=g=>I=5.
So like that we have to repeat this if any value is repeated .
