for a no. to be divisible by 4, last two digit should be divisible by 4
last tw0 digit can be 12,16,24,32,36,52,56,64 (8 possibilities)
remaining 3 places can be filled in 4*3*2 ways for each

total 5 digit no. formed = 8*4*3*2 = 192

we have to form 5 digit number by using digit 1,2,3,4,.5,6
so as it is divisible by 4,
therefore last two digit will be 12,16,24,32,36,52,56,64
rest place will be filled by four no.
i.e. 4*3*2=24
and by taking last two digit number there wil be 8 number
therefore
8*4*3*2=192
