AD---- => 4!=24
AED--- => 3!=6
AEI--- => 3!=6
AEO--- => 3!=6

24+6+6+6=42
AERDIO => 43th
AERDOI => 44th

srarting with A----- => 5!=120
srarting with AD---- => 4!=24
srarting with AE---- => 4!=24

AD---- => 4!=24
AED--- => 3!=6
AEI--- => 3!=6
AEO--- => 3!=6

24+6+6+6=42th is the last word formed starting with AEO & its AEODIR

42th = AEODIR
43th = AEOIDR
44th = AEOIRD

arrange in alphabetic order
ADEIOR
now
AD - - - - = 4! = 24
AE D _ _ _ = 3! = 6
AE I _ _ _ = 3! = 6
AE o _ _ _ = 3! = 6
till now we got 42 words (24+6+6+6)
now 43 word will be
AERDIO
so 44 will be
AERDOI
