Total 30 socks.
18 are green , 12 are blue.

to get atleast i blue pair, 18+2 = 20 socks are to be taken out.

20 . bcse 18 are green and 12 are blue ... to get atleast one blue pair get get by 18+2=20

Since there are 60% green socks, the bag contains 60*30/100 = 18 socks
Lets say in all the attempts before getting the first blue sock we take green socks out first and complete them all. so it will take 18 attempts. To get blue sock pair out more 1 attempt is required. Thus maximum number of times that socks will be taken out is 19 to get a pair of blue socks.
