1 employee produces 300 items per day

1/3 of the employees were absent for 2/5 days of last week.
==> 4 employees were absent for 2 days.

Items produced by them in 3 days
= 300*3*4
=3600

Items produced by other employees
=8*5*300
=12000

Total items produced = 12000+3600
=15600

= 12*5*300
=18000 items
item produce by those absent empoyee
=4*2*300
=2400 items
so originally total item produce
=18000-2400
= 15600 items Ans.

Total no. of employee = 12
1/3 of employee ==> 12 * 1/3 = 4
So 4 employees were absent for 2/5 of the days

So for 2/5 days , 12 - 4 employees only worked

for 12 employees, 300 items produced
for (12-4) , x

x= 8/12 * 300 = 200
So 200 items produced on d day of employees absent

4 employees absent only for 2/5 days (ie) 2 days... Remaining 3 days , all d employees worked together...

So total items produced last week = 3*300 + 2*200 = 1300

Ans : 1300 items

x = 300/12 = 25
1 employee produces 25 items per day.

1/3 of the employees were absent for 2/5 days of last week.
==> 4 employees were absent for 2 days.

Items produced by them in 3 days
= 25*3*4
=300

Items produced by other employees
=8*5*25
=1000

Total items produced = 1000+300
=1300

12 employees ,each produce 300
means total 12*300=3600 per day
for 5 days = 3600*5= 18000

1/3 absent for2/5 days ==> 4/12 absent for2/5 days

4 absent for 2 days
4*300 =1200 for 1 day . for 2 days 2400

since they dont work , remove that 2400 from total (if allhave worked =18000)

18000-2400= 15600

According to question total namdays work is
5*12=60
produces 300 items
The wrok going through
5*(2/5)*12+(1-2/3)*5*(12*1/3)
=24+12
=3*12
60 manpower produce 300
36 '' '' (300/60)*36=180
Ans is 180

ans 16200

Since 1/3rd of employees were absent from work for 2/5 days. Therefore,
For 2/5 i.e. 2 days ---> 8 employees work for 2 days and produce 300 items per day so -- > 8*2*300=5400

For remaining 3 days -- > 12 employees work for 3 days and produce 300 items per days so --> 12*3*300=10800

i.e. Total items produced = 5400+10800=16200 is the ans.
