Let C1, C2, C3 be the 3 CSRs'
Last month calls ratio = C1 : C2 : C3 => 440 : 360 : 300 => 22 : 18 : 15

This month total calls = 1500
Let x be the proportion of calls increased by each CSR
22x + 18x + 15x = 1500
x = 1500/55
x = 300/11

Calls of each CSR this month
C1 = 22 * 300/11 = 600
C2 = 18 * 300/11 = 491 approximately
C3 = 15 * 300/11 = 409

More no. of calls first CSR take ll be = 600 - 460 = 140

Ans : 140 calls

1st CSR recieve 440 calls
2nd CSR recieve 360 calls
3rd CSR recieve 300 calls

So total calls = 1100 calls ; Calls this month= 1500 so remaining calls to be distributed is 400

So Now Ratio 1st:2nd:3rd ==> 440:360:300
==> 22:18:15

Now No. of More Calls 1st CSR will get ==> [22/(22+18+15)] * 400
==> (22/55) * 400
==> 80*2 ==> 160 Calls
So Ans: 160 more Calls then last month

total calls taken last month= 440+360+300=1100
%of calls tken by first CSR= (440/1100)*100=40%
Now,in next month total calls are=1500
so (40% of 1500)i.e.600 calls the first CSR will take.
so the increase in call from last month is
600 -440 = 160 (ans)

Last month calls of 1st, 2nd and 3rd CSR = 440,360,300
This month the job consists of 1500 calls
The three CSR will increase the no of calls proportionately means we have to find the ratio of previous month i.e
440:360:300=22:18:15
Current month calls of 1st CSR= 1500*22/55 = 600
Extra calls he has to make than previous month = 600-440 = 160
So Ans is '160'

actual last mouth calls..... 440+360+300=1100
then this month calls 1500
difference 1500-1100=400
first CSR calls percentage in last month ((440/1100)*100) = 40
so here difference 400-------->100
?--------->40
(400*40)/100= 160

Last month ratio C1 : C2 : C3 = 45 : 35 : 30 => 9 : 7 : 6

This month total calls = 1500
9x + 7x + 6x = 1500
x= 1500/22 = 750/11

C1 ratio = 9 * 750/11 = 613.6 => 614 approximately
C2 ratio = 7 * 750/11 = 477.2
C3 ratio = 6 * 750/11 = 409
Calls first CSR ll take more than last month = 614 - 450 = 164

Ans : 164
