First time they will meet after travelling 100 kms together after time 100/100+48 = 100/148 hrs.

second time, they will meet when slow driver has travelled a distance of x kms and fast driver has covered distance 100+x km in same time after time x/48 hrs.

x/48 = (100+x)/100
or
100x= 4800 +48x
52x = 4800
x/48 = 100/52

so diff in meetings = (100/52- 100/148) =1.92 - 0.68 = 1.24 hrs
