First put 3ltr water from 13ltr can to 19ltr can so the remaining water in 13ltr's can is 10ltr.then put total 7ltr water in 19ltr can from 7ltr's water can.so the total water in 19lltr's can is 10lrt and the remaining water in 13ltr can is 10 ltr.now i easily give 10ltr in one can and 10ltr in other.
i.e.,
7 LT can,13 LT can,19 LT can
at begining:
7 13 0
7 10 3
0 10 10.

@ Arindam we haven't any 3 liters measurement then how u take 3 ltrs from 19 ltrs cane????

7LT can and 13LT can are completely filled. Transfer 7LT into 19LT can. Transfer 3LT from 13LT can to 19LT can. now 2nd and 3rd cans have 10LT and 10LT.

0 10 7+3=10
