look at the denominator
it is $$**$$ ...same for all the choice..it is equal to 110011..n according to the code(it is basic binary algebra) it equates to 51.
which is 3 times 17.
so we multiply 60 by 3 n get 180 which in binary would be 10110100 and according to the code will be $*$$*$**... which is C

answer is: C)
solution is:-
binary form of 60 = 111100
binary form of 17 = 10001
binary form of 3 = 11
multiply both by 3 and we get
60*3=180 and binary form of 180 is
10110100
17*3= 51 and binary form of 51 is
11001
and also 180/51=3
