ans=4/25

to lost the parcel in 2nd post office ,it has to come through the 1st post office.
so ,probability of comes the pascel from 1st post office = 1- (1/5) = 4/5.
now, probability of lost the parcel in 2nd post office = (probability of noy lost the parcel in 1st post office) * (probability of lost the parcel in 2nd post office) = (4/5)*(1/5) = 4/25
