Here 8 possibilities is the right option because,first we take +ve conditions(2,3,5) and then -ve conditions(1,4).m possible only once.In 3 rd condition B fixed to one position.in the same condition S,R can vary in 2 positions.A can give in one position and also police in between a&R also one position.In 1st condition for AK,G we can arrange 2 positions(AK,G)(G,Ak).finally Police can arrange in 2 positions.assume this as one by one for given pattern.P,S,B,R,P,A,AK,M,G,P.so,1*1*2*1*2*2.

as s,b,r move one after other in a sequence and after them only ak an g can move as thay have ploice before , after and between them. m is fixed at 9th place. so, only one case is valid......that is:

There are 8 combinations possible.
Combination=Selection

Let us first eliminate the positions Arvind and G cannot occupy.
These will be 1,8,9 and 10.
1 and 10 due to the 1st condition
8 and 9 due to the 4th and 2nd conditions respectively

S-B-R can occupy only 3 consecutive positions.
This can be 1-2-3, 2-3-4, 3-4-5, 4-5-6, 5-6-7 or 6-7-8

If we select 1-2-3, the 4th position becomes unavailable for Arvind/G owing to condition 4. Now, 3 positions available(5,6,7) for 2 ministers Arvind and G. This will be 3C2=3

If we select 2-3-4, the 5th position becomes unavailable for Arvind/G. Now, only 2 positions(6,7) available for 2 ministers. This will be 2C2=1

There are 4 options possible ,
according to point 5 there could be only one police between Ak and R, and according to 3 SBR will be one after another and their order could change in two ways. one more point we have to focus that their must be one police adjacent to Ak and G both so here is the arrangements given below
