There are 4 Such no. are possible
i.e. 12 ,21 ,13,31
because 12 is two digit no. and its reversal is 21
moreover square of 12 is 144
and square of 21 is 441
we can see that 144 & 441 are reversal of each other

Similarly 13 & 31 are reversal of each other
Squares of 13*13 =169
squares of 31*31 =691
We can see that their squares are also reversal of each other
