A1 have 16 shakes
A2 have 15 shakes
A3 have 14 shakes

so total is 1+2+3+...+16=16(16+1)/2=136

a1 has to handsake with oter 16,similarly a2 has to handsake with from a3 to a17(dont make handsake with a1 and a2,since no repetation is allowed),similarly a3 handsake with rest a4 to a17; so finally we have (16+15+14+......+3+2+1)=136;

using A.P formula-n*(n-1)/2;here n=16;

ans is 136.
