80=10*8, means unit digit will be 0, because of the given no should divisible by 10. now no becomes 653x0.
for given no. divisible by 8 , the last three digit should also divisible by 8. so 53x should divisible by 8. we get 6. so no becomes 65360 an x+y=6+0=6.

since 653xy is to be divisible by 80,the last number must be 0 i..e y=0
now its nothing but divisibility by 8,if the last three digits are divisible by 8 then its done..now go for the options given and 2)2 satisfies. i..e last three digits 320 is divisible by 8..hence x=2 and y=0 answer = x+y=2

since 635xy is divisible by 80, the value of y must be 0.
and for a no to be divisible by 8 the last 3 digits of the no i.e here 35x must be divisible by 8
so, 352 is divisible by 8.
so x=2 and y=0
x+y=2 (ans)

6+5+3 +x+y...is divisible by 80..take the l.c.m of 80....So The l.c.m is 2*5*8.....First take 2 and 5 ..so last no should be 0....y=0...6+5+3+x+0=14+x....is divisible by 80..Now take 8...the process for divisibility by 8 is last 3 digits should be divisible by 8..3,x,0...if we put 1..its 31 not divisible by 8..now put 2...its 320 which is divisible by 8 .thus x is 2 so....x+y=2+0=2 ans

Ans: xy must devide with 80 so devide with 10&8 also like that...then last 2 digits must be 40 or 80...so checking options 4 is the ans

then it should be divisible by 8 and 10.
from 8 division rule last 3 digits 3xy should be divisible by 8 and y is 0 because total number divisible by 10,it satisfies for x=2 or 6.
so x+y=2 or 6.

80 = 2 x 5 x 8

Since 653xy is divisible by 2 and 5 both, so y = 0.

Now, 653x is divisible by 8, so 13x should be divisible by 8.

This happens when x = 6.

x + y = (6 + 0) = 6.
