women= 65*40/100=26%

Let Total employee is x
so Total men went to picnic=x*35/100*20/100=7x/100
so Total women went to picnic=x*65/100*40/100=26x/100
so total employee went to picnic=
(x(7/100+26/100))/x=33

suppose you have 100 employees.so 35 %=35 men and rest 65 womens
so
35*20% => 35*20/100=7
and womens
65*40% => 65*40/100 = 26
so total= 26+7= 33%

Let Total no of employees be x
No of men= (35/100)*x=7x/20
No of men going to picnic=20% of(7x/20)=7x/100

No of women=(100-35)%=65% of x=13x/20
No of women going to picnic=40%of(13x/20)=26x/100

Total people going to picnic=(7x/100)+(26x/100)=33x/100
% of people going to picnic=((33x/100)/x)*100= 33% ANS

so womens are = 65

so mens who went picnic =(20*35)/100 =7

and womens who went picnic =(40*65)/100=26

means total emp. who went picnic =7+26==33
