Answer is : 2 sqrt(65).
Explanation...
base of triangle is 20 and area is 80
therefore height=2*80/20=8.
now one side of triangle is of 10.
so we can get the point were the base is divided by applying Pythagoras therm
so division pt =sqrt(10^2-8^2)=sqrt(36)=6
threfore other half is 14.
now second side=sqrt(14^2+8^2)=sqrt(260)=2sqrt(65)...

so 80=h*10/2
h=16

hint:

if a,b,c arethe sides then area =root (s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))
where s= .5(a+b+c)=.5(30+c) {assume a=20 ,b=10 } substitute and get d answer

Let us assume base of the triangle is 20 and area is 80 given.
then the area of triangle=1/2*base*height
80=1/2*20*h
then height h=8
now by the height of the longest side is divided into 2 parts -
1 part is given by 10^-8^=x^ then x=6

and the other part is = 14

then the (other side)^=8^+14^
other side= sqrt(260)
other side= 2sqrt(65)
