5x+6x=33
x=3
presnt ages are (5*3)=15,(6*3)=18
after y years-
ratio will be 7:8 so,
15+y/18+y=7/8
y=6.

After that,
7*3+8*3=45
i.e, in ration 7:8
45-33=12

present ages=5:6 that is 5x+6x=33 where we get x=3
[lacing x=3 in ratios 5x=15,6x=18
years to go to get a ratio 7:8 is 6
adding 6 years to 15,18 we get the ages 21,24.
the ratio of 21,24 is 7:8

given let x+y=33
let us assume the present ages are (5*3)=15, (6*3)=18 which are 5:6 ration.
now we have to calculate after how many years the ration must be 7:8.
now, 7*3:8*3=> 21:24
21-15=6
the Answer is 6 years.

The given ratio of the two person is 5:6 and the sum age is 33. So take the one person age as x and the another person age is 33-x. then we have to find x.
In the ratio of age we can calculate it as
x/33-x=5/6
then we will get x=15.
the first person is 15. and the second person is 18.
then they asked how many years the ratio age becomes 7:8.
To find we have to add years to calculate this present ages. We take x for how many years should add to the present ages.
15+x/18+x=7/8.
And the ans is 6 years

Taketwo persons are a&b.sum of their ages is 33,so a+b=33 &a/b=5/6.so present age of a is 15 and b is 18.so by adding 6 years we get the ratio 7:8 i.e;(15+6)/(18+6)=21/24=7:8
so 6years is the correct answer
