solution
let sides be a and b then
a*b=2014
you should know that splitting 2014 as a and b as close as possible will give maximum product and for maximum sum , they shud be split as far as possible.
factors of 2014 is 1,1007,2,2014, thus a can be 2014 and b can be 1
thus perimeter is 2(2014+1)=4030
