ATP:PARTY 2 & 3 GOT 12 AND 43% RESPECTIVELY=55% AS A WHOLE.
SO 55% OF 16000=8800.
AND PARTY 1 GOT 45% VOTE=45%OF 16000=7200.
MARGIN OF VOTES = 8800-7200=1600 IS THE ANSWER

SO 55% OF 16000=8800.
AND PARTY 1 GOT 45% VOTE=45%OF 16000=7200.

by 10% the coalition party wins
so 10% of 16000=1600 is ans

Firstly 1% of 16000 votes= 160
so,
party 1 =45*160=7200
hence
Parties 2&3 got= 55*1600=8800
margin of votes=8800-7200=1600 will final answer

2 & 3 parties=(12%+43%) of 16000=8800
1 party=45% of 16000=7200
won by a difference of 1600 (8800-7200)

total no.of votes=16000
100%->16000
1 st person got 45%->7200
2nd person got 43%->6880
diff b/w them is 320 votes
3 rd person got 12%->1920
1920-320=1600 votes

one got 45%,second got 12% and third got 43% ,
now the 1% of 16000 is = 160.
So,160 x 12(which is got by the 2 party)=1920,
and 3 is got by the 160 x 43=6880,
and1 party got 160 x 45 = 7200;
now add the 2 & 3 party votes= 8800,
and subtract by 3 party vote : 8800-7200=1600,
