two litres of mixture of alchohal and water contain 10% water (0.2 ltr).this is added to 4 litres of another mixture containing 8% water ( 0.32 ltr)and half a litre of water(0.5 ltr)is then added to the whole

Total mixture = 6.5 ltr
water = 1.02 ltr
% of water = 100*1.02/6.5= 15.69%
