100 is not divisible by 14.
Therefore, next number higher than 100 divisible by 14 is 112 by 8 times = 14*8.

And 1000 is not divisible by 14.
So, no less than 1000 which is divisible by 14 is 994 by 71 times = 14*71.

So the sum = 14(8+9+. . .+70+71)
= 14 * 2528
= 35392.
