total outcomes=6^2=36
with 1 on one die possible outcomes=6
with 2=6
with 3=6
with 4=6
with 5=5
with 6=4
so total=6+6+6+6+5+4=33
so 33/36

Answer is 11/12.

Total thrown chance are 6*6=36

possible counts are (1,1),(1,2)..(1,6)=6
and (2,1),(2,2)...(2,6)=6
and (3,1),(3,2)...(3,6)=6
and (4,1),(4,2)...(4,6)=6
and (5,1),(5,2)...(5,5)=5..because(5,6) will be 11 and we need less than 11..so
and (6,1),(6,2),(6,3),(6,4)=4


so total possible chances are 6+6+6+6+5+4=33 out of 36

so 33/36=11/12
and (3,1),(3,2)...(3,6)=6

alternately, sum of the two nos is >= 11 for (5,6),(6,5),(6,6).

so probability of getting the sum >= 11 is 3/36.
