let the 2 digit number be 10a + b (i.e the number ab)
so from the first relationship we can see that 10a+b=4(a+b)
and from the second, b=a+3
substituting the second into the first:
10a+a+3=4(a+a+3)=11a+3=8a+12, 3a=9, a=3 (looking back at the equations), b=6
so the number is 36

Only one option satisfies that is d
36/(3+6)=4:1 which satisfies 1st statement
Ten digit place contains 3 so the unit place should be more than 3
Therefore units place is 6 which is 3 more than tens digit which satisfies second statement

unit digit is 3 more greter than the ten place so,in option 'c' unit digit is 3 more than tha tength place that is 6...so the ratio 36:(sum of 2 digit number)9=4:1

From the options, the answer is 36. The unit’s digit is three more than ten’s digit. And 36:9= 4:1.
So, Option c is correct answer
