25 soaps. From 242 soap scraps, we can make 242/11 = 22 soaps., which results in two more soaps. So, it now becomes 24 soaps and scraps of 2 soaps from 242 soaps. From the scrap of remaining 9 (=251-242) soaps, and together with the scraps of the two soaps already present, we can prepare one more soap. So total 25 soaps are possible.

24 soaps.

From 11 soaps, we can make one more.
So, from 121 soaps, we can make 11 more, which in turn gives one more.
So, from scrap of 121 soaps, 12 soaps can be made.
From those of 242, 24 can be made.
From 251, 252-242 = 9
So, only 24 soaps can be made.

for 121 scraps ,we can do 11 soaps.for 11 soaps,you can make one soap excess (11scrap*11scrap=121scraps(11soap+1soap(i.e:excess from scrap while preparing 11 soap ))=12soaps for 121 scraps.121+121=12+12=24soaps.hence by additional 9 scrap in 251 scrap,we can make 1 soap.
answer:25 soaps.

from first 121 soaps we get 11 soaps from scrap and from these 11 we get another 1 so total 12 and from next 121 soaps another 12 so total 24 so remaining 9 soaps we can,t get scrap soaps
so totally we get 24 soaps from scrap

25 soaps..251/11= 22 and remainder is 9 ..so from 22 we can make 2 more and remainder 9 + 2=11/11=1
so tatal soap 22+2+1=25..

251 its easy using 25 we get 22 + rem(9)-31
using 31 we get 2 and0 (2+9)-11
using 11 we can prepare one 1 more
hence the answer is 25
