[(A+4)=E +(C+4)=G +(D+8)=L] = EGL
[(E+4)=I +(G+4)=K +(L+8)=T] = IKT

SO, ANSWER IS NONE..

ans:none becoz.......
add 4 to the 1st ans 2nd term and add 8 to the 3rd termm..................
a+4=e e+4=i i+4=m m+4=q
c+4=g g+4=k k+4=o o+4=s
d+8=l l+8=t t+8=b b+8=j.... so the answer is QSJ
