I think sol given by Vignesh is not correct.

Mr. Brown is not wearing GREEN tie as the person wearing Green tie replied to his ( Mr. Brown )statement.

I think sol given by Pargat and MP is absolutely correct.

Mr. Brown wears YELLOW tie.
Mr. Yellow wears GREEN tie.
Mr. Green wears BROWN tie.

Mr. Brown is not wearing Green tie as the person wearing Green tie replied to the statement of Mr. Brown.

because from question we know Mr. Brown didn't wear green tie. so condition apply Mr. Brown can only wear yellow tie because someone is already weared green tie according this One person says Yes u r absolutely right. who was in green tie.
