In all option no is divisible by 1st number
(a)3(first no),3/3=1,9/3=3,12/3=4 (b)2(first no),4/2=2,8/2=4,16/2=8
(C)12 24/12=2,36/12=3,48/12=4
ANSWER IS (d) 10 13/10=1.3 not completly divide by 10

explanation:-
from option a)
as d(common difference)=6-3=9-6=12-9=3
so,the series 3,6,9,12 are in A.P
again from options c) and d)
as d(common difference)=24-12=36-24=48-36=12
and d(common difference)=13-10=16-13=19-16=3
both are in A.P
but from option b)
r(common ratio)=4/2=8/4=16/8=2
so series 2,4,8,16 are in G.P
hence this is an odd one series from the others.....proved.

Ans: b)
The sequences a),c),d)are in AP while sequences b) is not in AP.
The terms of Sequence a) 3,6,9,12 are in AP and has common difference 3. The terms can be written as 3, 3+1*3, 3+2*3, 3+3*3

The terms of Sequence c) 12,24,36,48 are in AP and has common difference 12. The terms can be written as 12, 12+1*12, 12+2*12, 12+3*12

The terms of Sequence d) 10,13,16,19 are in AP and has common difference 3. The terms can be written as 10, 10+1*3, 10+2*3, 10+3*3

While The terms of Sequence b) 2,4,8,16 are not in AP The terms can be written as 2, 2^2, 2^3, 2^4

In a) 3 is the only prime number
In b) 2 is the only even prime number
In c) 36 because it is a square number 6*6
In d) 10 which has both odd no and even no as multiples 2 and 5 remaining all are prime and 16 has both even nos as multiples
