next two numbers are 5 and 4

Explanation:
this is a sequence of numbers which are number of characters in the spelling of numbers starting from 1.
i.e one - 3 characters
two - 3 characters
three - 5 characters
and so on...
answer is for eight and nine which is 5 and 4 characters respectively.
