On the way one of the couriers took 1 Kg. of gold from each bar given to him, and make them look as original of the same shape and size. A came to know that one of the couriers has made such fraud but he did not know who has made. A informed B about it. B caught the culprit by weighing the bars only once. How B caught the culprit.

Mark the lot of couries from 1,2,3....10.

Take 1 bar from courier 1
Take 2 bars from courier 2
..
..
Take 10 bars from courier 10.

Weigh total 55 bars.
Their weight should be 550 kg if all are normal.
But weight will be less by no of kg equal to the no of faulty bars.
No of faulty bars will be equal to no of culprit courier.

So he could find the culprit in one weighing.
