let radius is R and there will be two right angle triangle with chord 6 cm and 8 cm.
For chord 8cm
Let Base=x cm, Hypotenuse=R, Perpendicular= 4cm
them R^2=x^2+4^2
For chord 6cm
Let Base=(x+1) cm, Hypotenuse=R, Perpendicular= 3cm
R^2=(x+1)^2+3^2
by solving both equations x=3,then R=5 cm,2R=10 diameter
