assuming repetition is allowed
1st place can be 4 numbers except 0
2nd place can be all 5 numbers
now digits including 3rd,4th,5th must be divisible by 8 so
these will be

080 like wise for 2, 4, 6, 8 all numbers will be 6*5(repetition allowed)=30
so total numbers are= 4*5*30=600

1st place can be 4 numbers except 0
2nd place can be all 5 numbers
now digits including 3rd,4th,5th must be divisible by 8 so(last three digit should be divisible by 8)

so total is 8*5=40
answer is 4*5*40=800 ways

Arrange at unit place 0 2 4 6 8 respectively.
Then arrange other digits .each unit digit will make total 12 arrangements.
Check division by 8. U will get total 18 arrangements
