hi, i need help to simplify an expression

x^2+5x-36/8x^2+35x+12 * 64x^2-9/8x^2+69x-27


any help out there:)

• =(x^2+9x-4x-36)/(8x^2+32x+3x+12)*((8x)^2-3^2)/(8x^2+72x-3x-27)
  =[x(x+9)-4(x+9)]/[8x(x+4)+3(x+4)]*[(8x-3)(8x+3)]/[8x(x+9)-3(x+9)]
  =[(x-4)(x+9)/(8x+3)(x+4)]*[(8x-3)(8x+3)]/(8x-3)(x+9)]
  =[(x-4)(x+9)/(8x+3)(x+4)]*[(8x+3)/(x+9)]
