  so 37^[17{1-(1/17)}] will give reminder as 1 on dividing by 17
  now 37^52 = (37^16)^3 * (37)^4
  now 37/17 provide 3 as reminder
  and 3^4/17 provide reminder as 13

  we know ,unit digit in 37^4 is 1 means if we multiply 37 itself by 4 times then we get 1 at unit place
  ,so we can write 37^52 as (37^4)^13
  now divide by 17
  37^52=37/17=3
  the remainder will be 3(not sure)
