  Consider it as a case of two buses ,
  one starting from A at 6 AM @ 40 kmph and other starting from B at 8 AM @ 50kmph
  then , if these buses meet after x hrs from 6 AM, then
  400= 40*x+50*(x-2)
  
  solving it, we get
  x= 50/9 hrs = 5 hrs 33 min 20 secs
  
  so same time will be
  11:33:20
