  i.e., 8X + ZY = 2200

  --> 200 + 100z = 2200
  --> 100Z = 2200 - 200
  --> 100Z = 2000
  --> Z = 2000/100

  now if he buys 8 cup of tea money left with him = 2200 - 24.04*8 = 2007.68
