What is the discriminant of (3x+2)x=4-2x? I think the answer is 64 but I need an explaination . Please help me :)

answer is h does not = 4, h = 2. is this correct? Find an equation for the lind with slope 1/2 and y-intercept 3. The equation I have is 2x-y=3, but not too sure if it is right. thanks again.
