  y%4=0(remainder should be 0)
  that option is correct.......
  using options it can be solved easily......
  for eq:
  let us take 15 as one of the option
  15*2=30
  190-30=160
  160%4=0
  hence the ans is 15.....

  180/(4+2)=30 bicycles

• actually question is not complete as many bonding possible...you must have option to verify answer, as if we taking 17 then, we perform 190-17*2=156 which is divisible by 4 so possible no. of bicycles is 17,
  we can also as ans as 19, 21, 23 etc
